Last day to charge to a Bookstore IDR Account(After June 13, P-Card and single use IDR will still be accepted.)

June 18, 2012

To ensure delivery before the end of the Fiscal Year, Please have all orders placed by the 18th. Special Orders will still be taken through June 27th but may not arrive until July, encumbering funds may be necessary for these orders.

Apple

June 7, 2012

Last day for special orders from Apple to ensure delivery before the end of the Fiscal Year. In stock items will still be available for purchase through the end of the month (June 27). Please remember the PO process typically takes a few days so plan purchases for in-stock items accordingly.

Logoed Gifts and Apparel

May 25, 2012

Last day to special order logoed gifts and apparel (delivery before Fiscal Year end may be subject to supplier availability).
