COMMENCEMENT
CAP & GOWN ORDERING 		 Beginning March 4th, students may order their regalia online at www.herffjones.com/college/graduation or in person by attending Grad Fair 2010 on either March 4th or 5th. Gowns must be ordered by March 23rd. Late fees will be assesed beginning March 24th. Absolutely no orders will be taken after April 2nd at 11:59 PM.

-Masters' apparel is a rental but you will retain your degree color tassel only.
-All doctoral apparel is rental and must be returned.

Departments may use an IDR, or preferably a P-Card, to place orders. An IDR, with an attached list of names of those authorized to charge to IDR, may be dropped off at the Bookstore, or sent to Ed Hays at the Bookstore by March 19. If you have any questions, please contact us at 766-3264.

If the department will not be paying for the rental of your cap and gown Herff Jones will accept a personal check, cash or a major credit card.

REGALIA PICKUP AND RETURN

Cap & Gown distribution will be from 9am to 5pm in Senate Chambers in the Student Union on May 6th and 7th, and from 7-8:30am May 8th.

Regalia must be returned immediately after the ceremony to the Bookstore in the Wyoming Union by 3PM Saturday, May 8th 2010. Late returns should be taken to the Bookstore during normal business hours. An additional late fee of $3 will be assessed starting May 11th.
