An IDR, with an attached list of names of those authorized to charge to IDR, may be dropped off at the Bookstore, or sent to Ed Hays at the Bookstore by

If the department will not be paying for the rental of your cap and gown Herff Jones will accept a personal check, cash or a major credit card.
