Important Dates
| July 14 | Banner accounts can be opened. Stop by the Bookstore's Business Office (lower level of the Bookstore) or apply online with our Banner Account setup. |
| July 16 | Website will be turned on and orders for fall 2010 semester can be placed online. |
| August 13 | Last day to order textbooks for fall 2010 campus reservation orders. Any remaining textbooks that you need will need to be purchased in-store. We will turn the website off at 4:30pm MDT. |
| August 18 | Campus reservation orders can be picked up at the Buyback windows (outside the Bookstore in the lower level of the Union) beginning today. |
| August 23 | Classes start. |
| August 30 | Last day of the refund period. You must provide proof of purchase (original sales receipt) to get a refund. |
| September 1 | Last day to add/drop classes. |
| September 7 | Last day to receive a refund on your reservation bag. |
Refund Policy
In-Store Purchases:- Original receipt and student ID are required for a refund or exchange.
- Full refunds are given within the first week of class for fall and spring semester, and within the first three days after class has begun for summer semester.
- Textbooks must be in the same condition as when purchased.
- Refunds will be in the identical form as the original payment method.
- There are no returns on Copy Center course packets.
- Any book and/or bundle packaged and labeled as non-returnable/non-refundable if opened must not be opened!
Mail Order Purchases:
- Because of distance, we understand our Outreach students will also incur shipping time to return any course materials for a refund. However, the expectation is that the packages will be shipped no later than the full refund deadline (see Important Dates).
- You must include a copy of your original packing list with detailed instructions on what you want refunded.
- The items must be packaged carefully so they will arrive in the same condition as when you received them. You will be held responsible for any damage sustained during shipment.
- Textbooks must be in the same condition as when purchased.
- Refunds will be in the identical form as the original payment method.
- There are no returns on Copy Center course packets.
- Any book and/or bundle packaged and labeled as non-returnable/non-refundable if opened must not be opened!
- Shipping charges are not refundable.
